Problem in merge scan pdf file

Hi, I am scanning file in pdf format after that I am merging it by itextsharp, it is merging successfully but when I am opening the merged pdf then error is coming. Scanned pdf file is opening successfully but merged pdf file is not opening. I am sending screenshot of error with attachment.

Then perhaps the scanned PDF was broken to begin with.
